I must say that this product surprised me to say the least. When I recieved the package I didn't have high expectations, but whow I was blown away. Pre workout they are great for that extra motivation to get to the gym, and during they give you an amazing level of energy to completed a full on focused session. Not only that, during the day when I'm taking these gems I have no cravings during the day and find they provide a great energy boost in the afternoon when normally my mind starts to wander.
My reason for taking this product was to improve my definition by losing that last bit of annoying fat around my waist. I'm almost there after just one bottle and will be buying another one now.
I definately recommed this product and vouch for the effectiveness of the suppliers claims.

Pros: Tablets or capsules are easy to swallow, Best price I could find in NZ, I will buy this again, Great value for money
