Training style: 

 I'm a big fan of keeping things pretty simple. I currently do a 5 day split with the 5th day been an extra leg workout focusing mainly on hamstrings. My training style revolves around a mix of High Intensity Training and FST-7 to help bring lagging body parts up. Train hard and heavy and don't leave anything in the tank! 

 

Typical daily diet: 

 6-7 Meals a day.

Meal 1: Oats and Fruit + 2 Scoops of Nutratech whey + 5g Nutratech BCAA Pro with water.

Meal 2: Couscous and tuna.

Meal 3: 150g Chicken and 200g sweet potato.

Meal 4: 150g Chicken/Tuna + apple.

Meal 5: 200g Steak/Chicken with veggies. Meal 6: 2 Scoops of Nutratech whey + 5g Nutratech whey BCAA Pro with water.

Post Workout: 1 scoop of Nutratech whey with 5g Nutratech BCAA Pro 

Diet is 6 days per week with 1 off diet day a week.
