This is the only protein sup Ive ever had noticable results off, Maybe its the added creatine but whatever it is the stuff works. Taste ok too (vanilla), have it on weetbix in the morning and post workout in the evening. Recommended! (Posted on 3/08/12)Value for money Effectiveness
